About Us
Restoring dignity. Renewing hope. Rekindling futures
Phoenix Support Initiative (Phoenix) is a community-based organization dedicated to restoring dignity, hope, and opportunity to teenage mothers, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups across Kenya. Since 2021, we have walked with vulnerable individuals through rehabilitation, counselling, SRH education, skills training, and reintegration — ensuring everyone gets a second chance to rise.
Over the years, our work has included supporting babies born to teenage mothers, running annual outreach programs at St. Angela School for the Deaf, conducting SRH and GBV awareness sessions, and providing dignity kits to reduce shame and improve school retention. Our engagements with homes such as Busia Home for Babies and Precious Virginia Home for children with severe cerebral palsy reflect our commitment to embracing those often forgotten by society.
In 2025, Phoenix expanded its mission to include SRH accessibility for persons with disabilities after identifying critical gaps in community health and inclusion. Our programs now support PWDs, PWD teenage mothers, and vulnerable girls through inclusive education, community outreach, and partnerships.
At Phoenix, we believe in transformation, restoration, and the power of rising from the ashes.
